Our refurbished inventory changes every week, so we don’t post listings that sold days ago. Text (816) 708-8822 with what you need (laptop or desktop, your budget, what you’ll use it for) and we’ll send photos, specs, and the price of what’s ready today. Every refurb comes with an SSD, a clean Windows 11 install, full hardware testing, and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty.
Not sure you need a new computer at all? Ask first. If an SSD upgrade makes your current machine fast again, we’ll tell you — that’s cheaper than any refurb.
Book a drop-off and bring the computer you’re replacing. We check its age, specs, and condition and quote trade-in credit in writing — no obligation.

Files, photos, email, and bookmarks move from the old machine to the new one, organized the way you had them. Programs are reinstalled fresh so old problems don’t come along.
Your trade-in’s drive is securely wiped before it’s refurbished or recycled. You leave with a computer that’s tested, set up, and ready to use.
Every refurb is priced on the tag — no add-ons at the counter. Trade-in credit is quoted in writing before you decide.

Trade-in values depend on age, specs, and condition. Machines with no resale value are recycled responsibly — drive wiped first — at no charge.
If anything on your refurbished computer fails within 90 days, we repair or replace it free — parts and labor. Same shop, same technicians, no runaround.
Every repair is handled in-house by Connor and Phoenix. The technician diagnosing your machine is the one who fixes it, and the one who explains what was wrong.
KC Computer Staff is the residential division of SentraCore IT. The same technicians who manage business networks during the day apply that standard to your laptop.

For most everyday use, yes — and often faster than a new budget machine, because every refurb we sell runs on an SSD. It's also warrantied by the shop that built it, not a 1-800 number.
Before any machine is resold or recycled, the drive is securely wiped. If you'd rather keep the drive, just ask and we'll hand it back to you.
