So a technician is at the shop when you arrive. Our technicians also service business clients on-site through SentraCore IT, our business division, so residential drop-offs are scheduled to guarantee someone is here for you. Same-day appointments are usually available.
No. The diagnostic covers testing and a written quote that is yours to keep. If you approve the repair, the quoted price is what you pay. If you decline, the diagnostic is the only charge.
Diagnosis within 24 hours, guaranteed. Most repairs are completed within one to three business days after you approve the quote. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timeline before you approve.
Yes. We only open the files needed to diagnose and repair the problem, and we don't access anything beyond that without asking you first and getting your permission. Nothing is wiped, reset, or reinstalled without your written approval. If your drive is failing, we tell you before we do anything else. Data recovery is quoted separately.
We'll tell you. If the cost of the repair isn't justified by the value of the machine, the written quote says so, and you decide. We can transfer your data to a new computer for $150.
The computer, its power adapter, and your login password. For laptops, the charger. If the problem involves a specific accessory — a monitor, external drive, or printer — bring that too so we can test the actual setup.
Yes. On-site visits are $190 within 15 miles of Blue Springs and include the diagnostic; 15 to 35 miles adds $50. Book an on-site visit the same way you'd book a drop-off.
Business machines are handled by SentraCore IT, our business division. Drop off a work laptop here and we'll repair it, and if it belongs to a company we'll ask whether you'd like us to set up ongoing support through SentraCore.
